Executive Summary: Demetreus Gore - CEO/President: Demetreus is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Business Administration. One of the founders of WM&P LLC; and he is the visionary of our company. He has 15 years experience in the Music/Recording Industry, including two major production deals with Sony Music and Hostile Takeover Records, reaching number 11 on the Billboard charts. He also owned several businesses such as Club Enigma, INS Recording Studio, and Al Dog Production Company. Derrick S. M. – Creative Director: Derrick attended college at SUNY Canton Technology, majoring in Consumer Psychology. After college he began work in the clothing industry as a Creative Director, Head Designer, and Senior Graphic Artist. He is one of the Principle Owners of Wolfstyle Marketing and Promotions Inc. He founded and created ARME/Welcome to the Hood Clothing Company in 2001. ARME was an instant success, grossing over $15MM in revenue in its first 18 months. After 10 Years, he still remains strong in the industry designing, and consulting for leading clothing companies in the business. He joined our Executive Team in 2007 and has been a key contributor to the companies’ growth and technical direction. Together we have re-launched ARMEUSA with Derrick as the President/CEO of ARMEUSA. Jubal Odum – VP of Sales & Marketing: One of the founders of WM&P LLC, Jube has 12 years experience in Sales and Management in the Garment Manufacturing industry. His Sales Team averaged $5MM in gross annual revenue during his tenure. He oversees the sales and marketing efforts of our company, creating innovative products and techniques for our clients, and increasing our "Brand" awareness in the marketplace. Keith Bostick – VP of Promotions and Even Coordinator: Keith has been with the company since our inception and is critical to the daily operation. He has over 10 years experience promoting and DJ'ing parties and events. He was the house DJ for a few major clubs in the NYC area and for Club Enigma. He has DJ shows for various Hip Hop and R&B artist such as Fat Cat Pauly, Jada Kiss, Styles P, Foxy Brown, Avant and many more. Douglas Battle - Regional Sales Director: Doug co-founded and runs our non-profit Multipurpose Youth Program ("MPYP") as well as coordinates our midwest promotional and sales operation. His experience includes many years in retail experience as owner of the clothing store, "Fresh Stylez & Apparel". Doug also co-owned, and Managed Club Enigma, and co-founded our print media endeavor "Flava & Stylez Magazine".
